Weight ? A bare block weights 150 lbs. since he claims al block is 1/3 of the weight you are saving 100 lbs IF the block is dimensionally identical. I can guarantee an al block cannot be dimensionally the same. As someone mentioned there are too many design constraints to consider. All this and you are not even addressing the major issues with the vg block anyway. IMO it's a bs pipe dream. Last I checked a gtr billet block (bare) was in the 20 k range. Formerly yellowzxtt
